✨ 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee – You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return or refund.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following conditions are met:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- Products that have been opened, used, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for a refund.
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Non-returnable items include: Gift cards, final sale items, and free promotional products.
3. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Email us at returns@pearlglow.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our customer support team will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
- Ship the item to the address provided in our return instructions.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds: Will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
- Partial refunds: May be issued for items that are not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts.
- Late or missing refunds: If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or credit card company first, then contact us.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery. We will:
- Arrange a free replacement or full refund.
- Provide a prepaid return shipping label (no cost to you).
- Process your refund or replacement promptly.
Please include photos of the damaged item and packaging when you contact us.
6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
For exchanges due to change of mind (different product), you will need to return the original item and place a new order.
7. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided the order has not been processed or shipped. To cancel an order, please email us immediately with your order number.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the standard return process.
8. Shipping Costs for Returns
- Change of mind returns: Customer pays return shipping.
- Damaged / incorrect items: Pearl Glow Skin Care pays return shipping.
- Original shipping fees: Non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
9. International Returns
For international orders, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Please contact us before shipping any international returns for specific instructions.
